COVID-19 Level 3 Update
We are pleased to advise that we will be open once New Zealand is moved to Level 3. We will have some restrictions in place.
Product Purchases - At Level 3 we can deliver product to you nation wide on Mainfreight. Freight prices are calculated on our website shop check out page.
Customers are also able to pick up product from our Penrose warehouse yard. All sales have to be prepaid and are contactless pickup.
Install work - At Level 3 we will be completing insulation installs. Coming into our winter, with many people staying home, we are expecting to be busy so get in touch sooner rather than later for a chat.
Assessment and Healthy Homes Reports - At Level 3 we will be completing these by appointment.
For all in home appointments we will require customers to stay 2m away at all times with a preference of separating to different rooms. All assessment results will be provided in writing.
In the mean time we continue to monitor our main email address, email@example.com on a regular basis to enable customers to make plans for when we are able to commence work again.
Our phones are operation with diverts in place to our customer service team who are working from home.
