We deliver from Kaitaia to Bluff, to your home or work address. We do not ship to freight forwarders. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.

By ordering with www.insulationwarehouse.co.nz you grant The Insulation Warehouse and our carriers the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release The Insulation Warehouse from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.

Domestic shipping takes 2–7 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our carrier.

Shipping Cost

The cost for your purchase to be delivered to your chosen location will be calculated in the Checkout section of our website simply by entering the town into the selection box. For shipping to locations not shown in the selection box you can choose North Island VArious or South Island VArious and I will give you an appropriate rate. 

Shipping delays

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day.
