Cancellation Policy

  • Web Order Cancellation Policy 

    Policy Overview: Customers may cancel their orders within a specified timeframe and under certain conditions. This policy outlines the process and terms for order cancellations to ensure clarity and fairness for both the company and its customers.

    Cancellation Timeframe:

    • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
    • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

    Cancellation Process:

    • To cancel an order, customers must contact customer service via email or phone with their order number and cancellation request.
    • Once the cancellation request is received and approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

    Refunds:

    • If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer.

    Exceptions:

    • Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
    • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
