If you’re keen to get stuck in and give it a go then we are here to help! On the whole, installing insulation is not a technical job but it is very physical. Make sure you prepare yourself with the right advice, product and equipment. It’s a great project to enlist the help of friends and family.

Remember safety is always paramount. You must understand the risks involved in not only installing the insulation but also in regards to heat sources (such as down lights) and the long term health of your home. Take great care in confined spaces and around electrics and make sure you stay well hydrated!
