For your own home, the process for insulation assessment and installation is very straight forward.

We will organise a time for one of our assessors to look at your home. Please allow about 40 minutes for an insulation assessment – longer if you have plenty of questions. It is very important to us that we understand what you would like to achieve and recommend products and installation systems that will give you the best result.

During the consultation we will discuss products, areas to be completed, installation methods, warranties and any other aspects you may wish to discuss.

Most of the time we will provide you with an electronic quotation before leaving and we take the time to discuss the different aspects of the job. You also won’t find thousands of terms and conditions on the back of our quotes.

Our Process

If you choose to move forward with having your insulation installed, we don’t require a deposit or prepayment for a job. Why? Because we trust you and we want you to be 100% happy with the job before you pay us. Now that’s a leap of faith you don’t see often these days!

We generally try and have your installation completed within two weeks of booking the work with us. If you have special requirements, please let us know so we can try and work in with these.

In most cases, the insulation work should be completed in one day.

Once the work is complete then we will invoice you for the work, for which we expect payment within 7 days unless finance or other arrangements have been made.
