A property management firm organised an insulation assessment from one of our competitors.

The contractor was all booked in and the tenant was ready to meet them, but they didn’t show.

Turns out they weren’t the only tenant that experienced this, and the insulation company was struggling to keep up with the work orders the property manager was sending through.

Fed up they cancelled the inspection and decided to try someone else.

The landlord suggested they try us (The Insulation Warehouse) because we’d done “a wonderful quick job” at one of their other properties after our competitor didn’t even have time to book in an inspection of the property!

It is a busy time with the insulation deadline fast approaching but, at The Insulation Warehouse, our customers come first. We will book you in for an assessment and (if necessary) an installation, and our assessors will turn up when they say they will.
