As the insulation industry closes on the July 1 Residential Tenancy Act deadline, we are seeing cracks appear in the ability of manufacturers and install companies to deliver to the market's expectations.

Some local manufacturers are unable to supply product for several weeks and as an install company ourselves, we are now booked out to the end of June for Auckland and May for Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

To assist with these pressures, we have sourced quality New Zealand made product from alternative suppliers to ensure we can continue to deliver for our customers and we continue to recruit more team members to complete the work.
